This marks LAT Aerospace’s first strategic entry into the defense sector, aiming to develop indigenous airborne threat detection and counter-drone technologies. Gurugram-based Sarang Shakti is known for its autonomous interceptors and surveillance systems. The acquisition signals a pivot for LAT Aerospace from strictly civil regional air travel to a dual-use deep-tech aerospace company.
