The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has confirmed that liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) supplies across India have returned to normal levels, resolving recent logistical bottlenecks. Distribution networks had faced disruptions due to port delays and maintenance at refining facilities, leading to localized waiting periods.
Adequate Buffers Established to Prevent Future Supply Shortfalls
State-run OMCs have increased bottling plant operations and established additional supply buffers to ensure stable deliveries for domestic and commercial users. Officials assured consumers that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand, and regular supply schedules have resumed nationwide.
