Urban Company’s InstaHelp Achieves Record 50,000 Daily Bookings in Less Than a Year

Instahelp Daily Bookings 1771956322721

Rapid Expansion of Quick-Service Housekeeping

Urban Company’s quick-commerce styled housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, has recorded an extraordinary milestone by surpassing 50,000 daily bookings. Reporting exactly 51,520 bookings on a single day in late February 2026, the service has marked its highest volume since inception, underscoring immense consumer demand for on-demand household chores.

Evolution from Pilot to Phenomenon

Launched initially as a pilot program in Mumbai in March 2025, InstaHelp provides near-instant services such as dishwashing, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Promising professional arrival within 10 to 15 minutes of booking, the service has rapidly expanded to critical micro-markets across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune. For context, Urban Company’s core beauty and services business took nearly six years to achieve the 50,000 daily bookings milestone that InstaHelp secured in under 12 months.

CEO Insights on Future Growth

Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and co-founder of Urban Company, highlighted that building this high-frequency category is essential to deepening platform engagement and boosting repeat usage. The rapid scaling of InstaHelp showcases improving unit economics, though long-term success will hinge heavily on sustained customer retention and the scalable availability of trained service professionals.
